
Paul Nowicki joined the Anderson Associates team in 1994, shortly after graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Technology Program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. During his time with Anderson Associates, Paul has been actively involved in motor vehicle accident investigation and analysis ranging from low speed collisions to high speed highway, motorcycle, pedestrian, and rollover accidents.
Paul was has also been involved in other technical investigations such as slip and fall accidents, vehicle fire investigations, personal injuries and engine failure analysis.
Currently, Paul is a lead Motor Vehicle Accident Reconstruction consultant at Anderson Associates. He has been the lead consultant on a number of high profile motor vehicle accident cases as well as other forensic investigations technical in nature.
Paul became a Certified Engineering Technologist in 1996, a Registered Engineering Technologist (R.E.T.) in 2001, received his full Accreditation as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist in 1998 from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and became a principal with Anderson Associates in 2000.
Paul is an accepted expert witness in the field of motor vehicle accident reconstruction in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Court of Queens Bench of Alberta.
As a member of the Anderson Associates team, Paul provides forensic expert services to Insurance adjusters and Legal counsel.
